NorthPointe Terrace Assisted Living and Sleep Lab Now Open

Cold weather and limited parking didn’t slow down the steady stream of visitors to NorthPointe Terrace’s Grand Opening Celebration this winter. Stateline residents have been keeping a close eye on the exciting transformation of 122 acres in Roscoe and waiting for an opportunity to see what was going on.

“We were hoping for a good turnout,” states Frieda Pulkowski, Director of NorthPointe Terrace Assisted Living, “but we were overwhelmed with the number of people coming through during the three hour Open House.” Over 1,300 people walked through the doors eager to see what the unique architecture and luxury facility now offers.
